ChatGPT runs its reasoning loop on OpenAI’s servers. There is no agent on your side to install a harness into, so VisIQ does not connect into ChatGPT. It secures what your people send to it, in each form they use it in, with products you deploy on your own machines.

Pick the forms your fleet uses

Each row is a separate VisIQ product. You only need the ones for the forms your people actually use. The desktop app and the extension share one row’s product: one Discovery Sensor install covers both.

ChatGPT coverage

  • Supported: interception on the ChatGPT web app, with decisions recorded in your tenant.
  • Confirm it in your environment: the ChatGPT desktop app and ChatGPT browser extensions are governed through the Discovery Sensor’s egress proxy; run Verify it is actually working after you deploy the sensor to confirm interception for the form you use.
In the product, open Connectors → SaaS Apps → ChatGPT → Secure it. It shows the same pathways as the table above, and each one opens that product’s own setup guide.
